If User j-lantah makes a complaint what does the Mitra j-lantah do? Mitra j-lantah is required to follow the SOP that has been set. Mitra j-lantah will suggest User j-lantah to contact customer service with supporting photo evidence.
How do Mitra j-lantah redeem their points? Mitra j-lantah points or Compensation will be automatically paid weekly on Fridays. Mitra j-lantah doesn’t need to ask for points disbursement in advance.
What if points in j-lantah application have been deducted but the account balance has not increased? If it has exceeded 1x24 hours since the points were deducted but the balance has not been increased, Mitra j-lantah can contact customer service and inform their account’s name with a screenshot of the point history in Mitra j-lantah application.
What if there is a disagreement on the amount of UCO with User j-lantah? If after discussions with the User and can’t find an agreement, Mitra j-lantah can cancel the order and choose "Mitra is unable to make a deal with User in the calculation of volume" as the cancellation reason.
Is there a limit to the amount of UCO collected and delivered to Pool j-lantah every day? Mitra j-lantah can collect any amount of UCO, but must deliver the UCO to Pool j-lantah every day before the predetermined time limit.
When should Mitra j-lantah deliver UCO to Pool j-lantah? Mitra j-lantah is required to deliver the collected UCO to Pool j-lantah every day before 4.00 p.m (jkt time).
Where are the j-lantah Pools located? The list of Pool j-lantah and their detailed addresses can be found by Mitra j-lantah on the "Transfer to Pool" menu in Mitra j-lantah application. You can also see Pool j-lantah location on the "Pool Location" menu on our company website.
