Requirements to Become Pool j-lantah
  1. Minimum building area of ±18 m2 (includes ±6 m2 for a room to hold UCO and ±12 m2 for a Mitra j-lantah waiting room)
  2. Buildings are self-owned or owned by the family
  3. Strategic building location, easy to reach, safe, and not at risk of flood or fire
  4. Free access in and out of the building
  5. Wide access in and out of the building location (at least 2 cars can drive through)
  6. Sufficient space to park PT SKM pick-up/small trucks and min. 6-10 Mitra j-lantah motorcycles in the building’s yard
  7. Provide a min. of 1-2 dedicated staff to receive and serve Mitra j-lantah who deliver UCO
  8. Other requirements :
    • Pool operates 7 days a week, 08.00 am - 04.00 pm JKT time
    • Pool owner needs to provide capital for PT SKM standard equipment needed for the pool to operate (5L and 18L jerry cans, plastic measuring cups, oil filters, etc.)
    • Pool owner obtains permission from the surrounding party, RT/RW, and nearby neighbors
    • Pool owner maintains the safety and cleanliness of the pool from UCO spills
    • Pool owner provides a clean and comfortable waiting room for Mitra j-lantah, including seating and mineral water
